- Information you give us when you submit a form (for example, our free guide opt-in, class-action registry, or attorney-consultation request): your name, email address, phone number, state, business name, and details you choose to share about your potential claim (such as what happened, the type of harm, and your estimated losses).
- Purchase information if you buy a product: order details and billing information, which are processed by our third-party payment processor — we do not store full card numbers.
- Automatically collected information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs, collected via cookies and similar technologies (including analytics and marketing tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the guides, kits, and services you request, and to process orders.
- To respond to your inquiries and contact you about your potential claim.
- To evaluate, and where applicable connect you with, independent law firms and other service providers (see Section 3).
- To send you information, updates, and marketing you have consented to receive.
- To operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Site.
- To comply with law and enforce our terms.
3. How We Share Your Information — Including With Law Firms
Please read this section carefully. If you submit our attorney-consultation request, our class-action registry, or a similar form, we may share the information you provide with one or more independent law firms and legal-service providers so they can evaluate your potential claim and contact you directly. We may be compensated by those law firms (for example, a flat marketing or per-lead fee) for connecting them with potential clients. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, we do not recommend any particular attorney, and we are not paid a share of any recovery. Submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship, and we do not guarantee that any law firm will accept your matter.
We may also share information with:
- Service providers that operate the Site on our behalf (hosting, email/CRM such as HubSpot, analytics, and payment processing).
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect rights, property, and safety.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not share your information with recipients other than as described in this Policy.
4. Your California Privacy Rights — “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), our sharing of your information with law firms and legal-service providers as described above may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. If you provide your phone number and check a consent box, you consent to be contacted by us and by independent law firms at that number about your potential claim, which may include autodialed calls or text messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw consent at any time — reply STOP to a text, or email us — and you may still contact us by other means.
6. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and support marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features. We use third-party analytics and marketing services (such as Google Analytics and HubSpot), which may set their own cookies subject to their privacy policies.
7. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.
